Welcome to VelaFit! This Privacy Policy applies to the VelaFit mobile application (the “VelaFit App”), operated by Shenzhen Yunyuan Technology Co., Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the VelaFit App. Please read it carefully before using our services.

1. No Account Required
VelaFit does not require account registration or login to use its core features. You can use the VelaFit App without providing a phone number, email address, or password.
To support core functionality such as saving your generation history and preventing abuse, the VelaFit App automatically generates an anonymous device identifier on your device. This identifier is not linked to your real identity and is used solely for service operation, security, and fraud prevention. We do not create personal profiles based on your identity.
2. Photos and User Content
When you use VelaFit, you may upload photos to generate AI outfit previews.
Important commitments:
- Images are processed temporarily to provide results;
- We do not permanently store your photos;
- Photos are automatically deleted within a short period after processing;
- We do not sell or use your photos for advertising;
- We do not use your photos to identify you.
Image processing may occur on secure servers or on-device depending on the feature.
3. AI Image Processing
Your privacy is important to us. When you use the clothing change feature, the VelaFit App processes your selected image as follows:
- When you select a photo for clothing generation, the image is securely transmitted to our company-controlled backend servers for AI processing;
- The image is used solely to generate the requested clothing variation;
- We do not use your images for training, profiling, marketing, or any unrelated purposes;
- Images are processed temporarily and are deleted after the result is generated;
- We do not store your photos on our servers beyond the time necessary to generate your result;
- The VelaFit App does not connect directly to any third-party AI service. All requests are routed through our own backend API;
- AI processing is performed on our backend infrastructure.
4. Facial and Biometric Information
Selfies you upload may contain facial features. We process such information only to the extent necessary to generate your try-on results. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not sell it to third parties. You may delete your photos and generated content within the VelaFit App at any time.
5. Information We Collect Automatically
We may collect limited technical data such as:
- Device type and model;
- Operating system;
- App version;
- An anonymous device identifier generated by the VelaFit App.
This data does not directly identify you and is used only to improve app performance and stability, support core functionality, and prevent fraud and abuse.
6. How We Use Information
We use limited data only to:
- Provide AI clothes changing and virtual fitting features;
- Generate outfit previews;
- Maintain and improve app performance;
- Fix bugs and crashes;
- Prevent fraud and abuse;
- Provide customer support.
We follow a data minimization approach.
7. Data Retention
We retain data only for the shortest time necessary.
- Uploaded photos are deleted within a short period after processing;
- Temporary processing data is periodically cleared;
- Anonymous analytics may be retained in aggregated form.
We do not maintain permanent user image databases.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data.
We may share limited technical data with trusted service providers such as:
- Cloud infrastructure providers;
- Analytics providers;
- Payment processors.
These partners process data only on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.
9. Children’s Privacy
VelaFit is not directed to children under 18 (or the minimum age in your region).
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
